Who processes the data
I process the data myself, as the controller. The company details and contact are on the Company details page.
What I collect
Through the form I collect your name, a phone number or email address, your postcode, a description of the job, your preferred slot, the photos you attach and — if you are booking for someone else — that person's name. Nothing else.
Why
To prepare a price and agree a time with you. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken before entering into a contract.
Where it goes
The form data is sent to my email through an email provider. Nothing is stored on the server. I do not publish your photos without your permission.
How long I keep it
Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed jobs are kept for as long as tax rules require.
Cookies and visitor counting
This site uses no cookies and loads nothing from other companies' servers. I count visits with Umami, which I host myself; it uses no cookies and does not store your IP address.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Just write or call. If you believe I handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
